SPA launches ordinance and normative instruction to block Novo Desenrola beneficiaries from betting

The Brazil Ministry of Finance’s Secretariat of Prizes and Bets has moved to enforce the ban on beneficiaries of the newly announced Novo Desenrola programme from betting.
